I am a Cost Control professional based in Riyadh with nearly 25 years of experience across construction, industrial and manufacturing environments. My career has progressed from site-based stock and financial control into project cost control and cost-control management.
Along the way, I began building analytical tools and automation around recurring project decisions. Today I combine budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, contract and change control, commercial understanding and project reporting with Python, Power BI, Excel/VBA and SQL to create practical decision-support systems for real project work.
